At Syndorei, your satisfaction means everything to us. We’re confident you’ll love our premium beard oils, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Reported within 7 days of delivery

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

A description of the issue

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll offer you either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
